This website is full of false accusations and unsubstantiated claims made by people that are just spreading false rumors. I have read many of the posts on this terrible website and the vasy majority of what I read are posts by people that are just accusing Metropolitan Evangelos of various things based on heresay. For example: One person posted the Metropolitan Evangelos was appointed for political reasons. What are those reasons. This is a statement that anyone can claim. Is there any sort of proof? If so what proof do you have? Also, it seems that most of the people that have a problem with the Metropolitan are people that cannot follow his strict Greek Orthodox ways. I have dealt with the Metropolitan in my capacity as a GOYA advisor on many occasions and he has always treated me with respect even when having conflicting points of view. Yes, he can be rude, abrubt and impatient. But, he has always been available to me or anyone else I know to discuss matters relating to the GOYA and other youth related organizations.
The person who runs this website should be ashamed for perpetuating the lies that run rampant through this website. I'm surprised you haven't been sued.
I am not a person with a lot of money or influence, just a regular guy who loves to serve my church. As I wrote earlier, the Metropolitan has always treated me with respect, called me back when I reached out to him and has always been supportive of the youth of the New Jersey Diocese.
This site should be taken down or least should be truthful. I will do my best to see that the former happens! |

I doubt very much that you are or have ever been a GOYA advisor, as a matter a fact I believe that you are Evangelos attempting to try to combat the truth of who you are.
But, then again I might be wrong. Perhaps you are a good and close friend of his. In that case can you please enlighted us on how his trip to Aruba was last year. Was the company agreeable with his strict Orthodox lifestyle. Please expound on your answer, I am dying to know. |
